What if my part has been discontinued?
We'll provide a comparable replacement from our then-current inventory, at our discretion.
Can I transfer this warranty if I sell my bike?
No — this warranty is given solely to the original purchaser and can't be transferred without our written consent.
Is labor included?
This warranty covers parts, not labor. Removing, installing, or servicing a repaired or replacement part is your responsibility, except where we decide otherwise.
What's the difference between this and the Crash Replacement Program?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects. If your frame or another eligible part is damaged in a crash or impact, that's not a defect — it's handled separately, at a discount, through our Crash Replacement Program.
What's not covered under this warranty?
Ordinary wear and tear, damage from a crash or impact (see our Crash Replacement Program), unauthorized modifications, non-Parlee components, and rental use. Paint and finish issues are covered for the first year only.
