Is there a cost to join?
No. The Parlee Owners Group is free to join, and every benefit listed here comes at no cost to register.
What if I never registered my original warranty?
That's exactly who this is for. Registering with the Owners Group by January 1, 2027 activates lifetime warranty coverage, even if you missed your original registration window.
I think I already registered my bike — do I need to do this again?
We've transferred data from that program over to the Owners Group, but unless you've retained evidence of your original registration, we recommend re-registering so we can confirm your coverage and issue you a POG card.
What information do I need to register?
Your name, email, and your bike's serial number, found on the underside of your bottom bracket. It takes about two minutes.
Can I transfer these benefits if I sell my bike?
Warranty and Crash Replacement Program coverage are tied to the original registered owner and are not transferable. Other benefits, like the community and event invitations, are tied to your membership.
What happens after January 1, 2027?
Registration for this benefit stack closes on January 1, 2027. Register before then to lock in coverage and every other benefit above.
