Cancellation policy

All in-stock merchandise purchased from the online store, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. A return authorization number is required for all returns or exchanges. Call (978) 998-4880 to arrange for returns or exchanges.

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Pre-order items are not available to ship at the time of purchase, like normal in-stock items. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

Due to the custom nature of pre-orders and limited-edition items, we do not offer returns or exchanges on pre-orders or limited-edition items. Please consult the detailed sizing charts prior to order processing.

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production or shipping delays for pre-orders and limited-edition items do happen.

If an item in your order has been affected by a production or shipping delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
