Crash Replacement Program
Wrecked it? Crashed it? Smashed it? Dropped it? Don't worry — we've got you covered.
If your Parlee frame, fork, handlebars, stem, or seatpost is damaged in a crash or impact, we'll replace it — free in your first year of ownership, and at a significantly reduced price every year after.
Crash Replacement Program
Your Replacement Benefit
As a Parlee owner, you're covered well beyond the day you buy — a free replacement in year one, and a significantly reduced price every year after, for as long as you own the bike.
Process
How to File a Claim
Step 1
Crash Happens
Your frame, fork, or cockpit component is wrecked in a crash or other impact and is no longer ridable.
Step 2
Visit Your Dealer
Before any disassembly, take clear photos of the damage and the frame's serial number. Bring your bike, photos, and proof of purchase to an authorized Parlee dealer — they handle the claim with us on your behalf.
Step 3
We Confirm It
We review the photos. If we need a closer look, the affected part is shipped to Parlee for inspection.
Step 4
Ride Again
Your dealer delivers your replacement under the terms above.

Unauthorized modifications or non-Parlee components
Rental use, or labor to remove/install a part
Common questions
Cover your bases and your bike.
Need some more clarity? Here's some common questions about our Crash Replacement Program.
Does the clock restart if I get a replacement?
No. Coverage is based on your original purchase date and doesn't restart if a replacement frame or fork is issued under this policy.
Can I transfer this if I sell my bike?
No — this policy is given solely to the original purchaser and can't be transferred without our written consent.
Do I work with Parlee or my dealer?
You can begin with Parlee online or with an authorized dealer. A dealer can help facilitate the crash replacement process. Parlee can help connect you with a dealer if you are no longer close to the authorized dealer you bought your Parlee from.
Is labor included?
This policy covers the replacement frame and fork. Labor to remove the damaged product and install the replacement is handled separately by your dealer, unless we say otherwise.
What will my replacement look like?
Parlee will replace the eligible component with a standard, non-custom finish, of the same model where available, or a comparable current model at Parlee Cycles’ discretion if the original model has been discontinued or is otherwise unavailable.
What documentation do I need?
Clear photos of the crashed bike taken before any disassembly — showing the damage and the frame's serial number — plus proof of your original purchase, all submitted through your authorized Parlee dealer. You'll also need to have registered your bike and be a current Parlee Owners Group member. Not registered yet? Join the Parlee Owners Group →
